After your (online) order you will receive an email from the moment that you can pick up your Digibox in a Telenet Center nearby. Installing your HD Digibox is very easy thanks to the practical instructions in the Self Starter Box. While ordering online, the free activation will only appear in your basket when you’re on the “options and services" page. So only after you have confirmed that you already have Telenet's digital television.

Share your recordings
In order to make your TV experience even cleverer and life-enhancing, Telenet is launching ‘Share you recordings’. It is now possible to watch material you record on you HD Digicorder on any other HD Digibox/Digicorder with other people in your home. You can also put the recordings on your HD Digibox on pause, fast forward or rewind etc.

With your cable TV subscription you can connect 4 TV sets anyway without any additional cost. Do you have no cable connection at your installation address? - Not yet a Telenet customer? Then you pay a one-time fee of €50 for activation on our network.
Installation: Do-it-yourself or leave it to Telenet?
- When you install your services yourself, there is obviously no charge.
- Will our installer come to your location to perform the installation? Then it will cost between €75 and €99, depending on the type of installation.
Want a different internet, digital TV or telephone subscription?
You can always change your subscription type.
- Only if you require a new modem do you pay a one-time fee of €75.
- Want to exchange your Digibox or Digicorder? Then you pay a one-time fee of €75 for your new decoder.
