- What are third-party services?

Third-party services are services via SMS (text messages), MMS (multimedia messages) or special numbers. They are offered by external parties and are therefore listed separately on the invoice.
A few examples
- mobile phone games
- news bulletins / sports results on your mobile
- receiving weather report via a text message
- downloading ringtones
Do you have a question about third-party services shown on your invoice?

What do third-party services cost?
The providers of the service determine the price of a sent or received SMS/MMS, not Telenet.
The price of a premium SMS or MMS (special messages) can be higher than those of a standard SMS or MMS (can cost up to €4).
- How are third-party services listed on my invoice?

Third-party services are listed separately on your invoice. In other words, you pay via your Telenet invoice and Telenet passes the payment on to the service provider.
Please address questions concerning the billing of third-party services to the provider of the service.
