Telenet Incentive Plan
The Telenet Incentive Plan offers you, the employee, one of the highest tax concessions. What that means precisely? If it costs your employer €315 net, you can look forward to a net tax break of €503,5. Pro rata and depending on your specific situation, this is one of the most tax-effective forms of remuneration, compared with other types of tax-friendly compensation types such as meal vouchers and a company car.

Your employer pays part of your monthly telecom costs.
The Telenet Incentive Plan is the formula that gives you one of the best net yields. If your employer pays 30 euros net, you effectively stand to gain 47,66 euros. Rather more interesting than luncheon vouchers or a group insurance.
If you pay no contribution to your employer for the internet usage, an amount of 60 euro per year will be considered as benefit in kind, subject to social security contributions and income tax.

Your employer decides to make a contribution between 20 and 60 euros VAT incl. (internet subscription).
A Telenet Incentive Plan is 100% tax deductible. Social security contributions are only due on the benefit in kind of 60 euro per year.
No extra administration charges since management is effected via a webtool.

You choose the content of the telecom package: Internet, telephone and/or digital television. Under the relevant legislation Internet must always be included in the package.

How it works
You choose the content of your telecom package
- Your employer defines the contribution towards your internet costs (between 20 and 60 euros).
The Telenet Incentive Plan may be extended to other Telenet services such as telephony (fixed and mobile). - Your employer can also contribute to the installation and/or usage costs.
- Contribution is not valid for television services.

You select the FiberNet Shake (with Internet, telephony and digital TV) for € 56,5 (incl. VAT).
Your employer contributes 37,75€ incl VAT towards the costs for the Internet and telephone subscription.*
