You need a business repair? Our installer comes the same day (8am – 10pm) and this for all products.
Installation
- The customer receives a reminder 2 days prior the appointment as well as one reminder the day before. The day of the installation, the customer receives a last reminder per message, e-mail or via a automatic call. (attention: this reminder does not mention the exact time of the appointment).
- The customer can always check his appointments on My Telenet.
Business Installation : Takes place within 5 working days.
