You need a business repair? Our installer comes the same day (8am – 10pm) and this for all products.

Installation

  • The customer receives a reminder 2 days prior the appointment as well as one reminder the day before. The day of the installation, the customer receives a last reminder per message, e-mail or via a automatic call. (attention: this reminder does not mention the exact time of the appointment).
  • The customer can always check his appointments on My Telenet.

Business Installation : Takes place within 5 working days.

  • A new installation formula, adapted to your needs and desires, at a fixed hour and taken care of by experimented installers.
  • They check that everything works properly and that all the cables and boxes are correctly placed.

If you have a problem with your landline, we will forward your call, on your demand, to your mobile.
