The basis for the installation of every Telenet product is the cable used in your cable television. This means that you can also call, surf and watch digital TV via this cable following a minor adjustment.

	The Telenet technician stops by and installs a network distributor and cable modem. Afterwards you can get started… Do you choose an internet product? You automatically enjoy wireless internet.
	Self-Starter installation*
	When? There is already a Telenet installation (cable modem and network distributor) in your home. You install your new services easily with the Self-Starter Box.
	* Self-Starter is not always possible. We check this when you place your (online) order.

Comfort installation						€ 61,98
	The technician stops by and installs a network distributor and cable modem. He attaches all required cables and makes sure that all your Telenet services work. He does not fasten the cables to the wall. Do you choose an internet product? You automatically enjoy wireless internet.

Comfort Plus installation						€ 103,31
	The technician does the same tasks as for a Comfort installation, but he also fastens all cables to the wall. Do you choose an internet product? You automatically enjoy wireless internet.

You do not have TV distribution at your installation address? Take into account a possible €100 extra fee for this service.

TIP If you choose Internet, telephony and/or digital TV, you only pay the installation costs once. You are charged for the most expensive installation.
If you choose a Shake with different types of installation for your Telenet services then you only pay for the most expensive type of installation.

¹Are you only purchasing digital TV? And apart from cable TV you don't have any other Telenet products? Your Pre-installation will then cost you €50. In that case the best thing to do is to opt for a Comfort installation.

² No WiFi installation is possible for Shake Telephony + Digital TV.
