How can I cancel my contract with my former internet provider?
Use the cancellation form to terminate the contract with your current provider. Fill in all the fields then print, sign and send the form (preferably by registered mail) to your current provider.
Note: be sure to check the conditions for terminating your current contract!
I already have Telenet internet. How can I switch to a different Telenet internet plan?
Changing your internet plan is easy with My Telenet. In most cases, the switch is free, although you may be charged a fee of €41.32 depending on your choice of plan.
- Go to My Telenet
- Click on Internet
- Choose your plan and then click ‘change’
- You will see an overview of the available plans
- Select your desired plan
- You can view a comparison between your current and selected plan
- Confirm or cancel your selection
Can I combine my Telenet internet plan with a Telenet phone line and/or Digital Television?

When do I have to pay for the installation of my internet connection?
If you install everything yourself, then of course you will not be charged anything. If you would prefer to leave it all to our experienced installers, then the rate depends on how much you want the installer to do. See all rates in detail..
Do I need a fixed IP address?
Yes you do, if you use your own mail server. You can request a fixed IP address via “My Telenet”. All mail sent to your domain will then be delivered straight to your mail server. Customers who regularly set up a VPN connection will no longer have to search for their IP address.

How is the installation
The basis for every Telenet product is your TV distribution cable. With one small adjustment, you will be able to use the same cable to make calls, surf the internet and watch digital TV. If you do not have TV distribution at your installation address, an additional €82,64 may be charged for your connection.
